Registration fee includes:
- Congress kit,
- access to the scientific sessions,
- admission to the exhibition and poster area,
- certificate of attendance,
- coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the programme,
- book of abstracts.
Registration will close on Thursday, February 26, 2026. After this date only onsite registration will be possible.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before February 5, 2026. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that the SSC 2026 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
GROUP REGISTRATION
For online group registration, please click here and select “Company Area Group Registration”.
The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals.
The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by January 9, 2026, even without the list of participants. The final list of participants must be inserted on internet by February 2, 2026. After this date, registrations will have to be sent to: ssc2026.reg@aimgroup.eu.
Important: group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. To register a group, individual email addresses must be included.
Name Change
After February 2, 2026, sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of € 25,00 (VAT 24% included) per name change.
Collection of Groups’ Congress Material
For the collection of congress material for groups an appointment is required. Please send an email to ssc2026.reg@aimgroup.eu, no later than February 20, 2026. After this date, appointment requests will be no longer accepted.
