Bar
A bar is available at the entrance of the congress center.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is available on following days:
- Thursday, March 5 from 08:00 to 21:30
- Friday, March 6 from 07:30 to 19:30
- Saturday, March 7 from 07:30 to 18:00
Registration Desk
Onsite the registration desk will be open for participants at the following times:
- Thursday, March 5 from 08:00 to 19:30
- Friday, March 6 from 07:30 to 19:30
- Saturday, March 7 from 07:30 to 17:30
Congress Badges
Each participant may collect the badge at the registration desk.
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities and social events:
- No colour: Participants
- Red colour: Invited Speakers and Chairpersons
- Green colour: Exhibitors
- Blue colour: Patients

Coffee breaks
Coffee breaks will be organized in the exhibition area, during the following times:
- Friday, March 6 from 10:00 to 10:30 and from 16:30 to 17:00,
- Saturday, March 7 from 10:30 to 11:00.
Lunches
A standing buffet lunch will be offered to all registered participants in the exhibition area on:
- Friday, March 6 from 13:20 to 14:25
- Saturday, March 7 from 12:35 to 13:50
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent by email.
Exhibition
An exhibition will be open in the following days at Level 0:
- Thursday, March 5 from 13:30 to 19:00,
- Friday, March 6 from 08:00 to 19:00,
- Saturday, March 7 from 08:30 to 16:00.
