Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation
Every reservation must be prepaid by credit card.
The total amount due for the stay will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM GROUP International – AIM Italy – Milan Office will issue an invoice for the charged amount.
Cancellation Policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office.
AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:
- Before 1st February 2026: only a reservation fee (€20,00) will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded
- After 1st February 2026: No refund for amendments, reduction, no-shows or cancellations
Please Note
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation.
In case of no-show reservations will be automatically cancelled and the hotel will not refund the payment received.
