Deadline for registration: February 10, 2016
After February 10, 2016 only registration onsite will be accepted.

The cost of the registration fee for the Patient congress is Euro 35,00, VAT included.
Additional Euro 10,00, VAT included  will be charged for simultaneous translation service, if required.

The registration fee includes:
> Congress kit
> Access to the Patient congress sessions
> Coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the programme.

Cancellation policy
Registration can be cancelled without any penalty within February 10, 2016. The refund will be made within 60 days after the end of the congress.
For cancellations received after February 10, 2016, no refund will be provided.
