VAT regulation on registration fees for non-Italian individuals and companies
According to the information indicated in the online registration – invoicing information section, the amount of the registration fee will be charged as follow:

  • European Companies with VAT number registration fees VAT 22% exempt – reverse charge
  • European individuals with VAT number registration fees VAT 22% exempt
  • European individuals registration fees VAT 22% included
  • Non-European Companies with VAT number registration fees VAT 22% exempt
  • Non-European individuals registration fees VAT 22% included

Registration fee includes:

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before February 1, 2022. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that the SSC 2022 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

 

GROUP REGISTRATION
For online group registration, please click here and select “Company Area Group Registration”.
The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals.
The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by January 16, 2022, even without the list of participants. Final list of participants must be inserted in internet within January 30, 2022. After this date, registrations will have to be sent to: ssc2022.reg@aimgroup.eu.
Important: group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.
