GUARANTEE\/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION<\/strong><\/p>

Every reservation must be prepaid by credit card. <\/strong><\/p>

The total amount due for the stay will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM GROUP International – AIM Italy \u2013 Milan Office\u00a0 will issue an invoice for the charged amount.<\/p>

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group International \u2013 AIM Italy \u2013 Milan Office.<\/p>

AIM Group International \u2013 AIM Italy \u2013 Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:<\/p>

  • Before 13rd<\/sup> February 2026:\u00a0only a reservation fee (\u20ac20,00) will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded<\/li>
  • After 15th<\/sup> February 2026: No refund <\/strong>for amendments, reduction, no-shows or cancellations<\/li><\/ul>

    <\/strong>The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation.
    In case of no-show reservations will be automatically cancelled and the hotel will not refund the payment received.<\/p>

    FLORENCE CITY TAX \u2013 IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/p>

    Starting from 01st<\/sup> July 2011, Florence City Council has introduced a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Florence.<\/p>

    Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:<\/p>

    • \u20ac 8,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels<\/li>
    • \u20ac 7,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels<\/li>
    • \u20ac 6,50 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels<\/li><\/ul>

      The tax will be charged up to a maximum of 10 nights per stay,\u00a0and will be requested to be paid directly at the Hotel upon check-out.<\/p>
