Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Should further information and\/or documentation be needed, please contact <a href=\"mailto:visa@aimgroup.eu\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">visa@aimgroup.eu<\/span><\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Refund requests for registration fee: in case of cancellation of attendance due to a denied visa, any claim or request of refund must be submitted before the Congress and accompanied by the official visa denial letter from the Italian embassy for evaluation.
