Visa

Depending on their citizenship, delegates may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.

For detailed information and to check your status, visit the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en

It is highly recommended to apply in due time, as the visa-issuing procedures could take up to 120 days.

To support visa requests, the Conference provides the following documentation:

  • An invitation letter of the conference addressed to the visa applicant
  • A visa support letter addressed to the Italian Embassy

Both letters are signed by the CEO of AIM Group International as the local agent acting in the name of the Conference

  • Chamber of Commerce Company Registration
  • ID of the CEO of AIM Group International

The documentation must be downloaded by the delegate from their personal area, after registering their data on the Visa management platform.

Please note that:

  • Submission of the required documentation does not automatically guarantee visa issuance.
  • The Organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants despite request coming from the embassy/visa agent.
  • The invitation and visa request letters are not legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.

Should further information and/or documentation be needed, please contact visa@aimgroup.eu.

Refund requests for registration fee: in case of cancellation of attendance due to a denied visa, any claim or request of refund must be submitted before the Congress and accompanied by the official visa denial letter from the Italian embassy for evaluation. The requests must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat, at REGISTRATION team.
