Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by 11th March 2024. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.

 

Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
The total amount due for the stay will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office  will issue an invoice for the charged amount

 

Cancellation Policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office
AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

  • Before 1st March 2024: only a reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded
  • Before 14th March 2024: Any cancellation will be charged for 50% of the cancelled value. Remaining amount will be refunded
  • After 14th March 2024: No refund for amendments, reduction, no-shows or cancellations

 

Please Note
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show reservations will be automatically cancelled and the hotel will not refund the payment received.

 

FLORENCE CITY TAX – IMPORTANT
Starting from 01st July 2011, Florence City Council has introduced a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Florence.
Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:

  • € 7,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
  • € 6,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels

The tax will be charged up to a maximum of 10 nights per stay, and will be requested to be paid directly at the Hotel upon check-out.
