Technical specialists will help you to upload your presentation, so everything is ready before each session. When the presentation is to be given, the file will be loaded in the meeting room.<\/p>\n<p>Please go to the <strong>Speaker Preview Room<\/strong> at least 2 hours before the beginning of your session. In case your presentation is scheduled as first of morning session please go to the Speaker Preview Room the day before.<\/p>\n<p>The Speaker Preview Room is located at the first floor, <strong>room 1.1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speakers\u2019 Ready Room opening hours<br \/>\n\u2022 <\/strong>Thursday, March 14, from 09:30 to 18:30<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Friday, March 15 from 07:30 to 18:30<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Saturday, March 16, from 07:30 to 18:00<\/p>\n<p>In order to avoid any problems with your presentation, please make sure whether it meets the necessary needs and read carefully the instructions below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #dd9933;\"><strong>How to prepare presentation\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PowerPoint instructions<br \/>\n<\/strong>Use the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 or higher (*.ppt) or (*pptx) to guarantee they will work properly on an on-site PC.<br \/>\nPrepare presentation in 16:9 format. We recommend you to save your PowerPoint presentation using PPTX format instead of PPT or PPS.<br \/>\nIf you have pictures or videos in the presentation, please insert them in the presentation file, do not use links.<br \/>\nPlease keep on mind that organizer cannot guarantee the quality of Macintosh-based presentations; so check in advance (3 hours before your session starts) their Windows compatibility.<br \/>\nNote that the presentation system used during the congress also supports the PDF presentations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fonts<br \/>\n<\/strong>Only fonts included in the basic installation of MS-Windows are available (English version of Windows). Use of other fonts not included in Windows can cause the wrong layout \/ style of the presentation. Suggested fonts are: Arial, Times New Roman, Tahoma, and Calibri. If you insist on using different fonts, these must be embedded into the presentation by choosing the right option when saving the presentation, see details below:<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Click on &#8220;File&#8221;, then &#8220;Save As&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong> Check the &#8220;Tools&#8221; menu and select &#8220;Embed True Type Fonts&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dd9933;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">How to save and submit presentation<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to save presentation<br \/>\n<\/strong>Save your presentation in one of the following disc or medium:<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong> USB flash drive<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022<\/strong> External hard or solid state drive<br \/>\nSave all files associated with the presentation (PowerPoint file, movie \/ video files, etc.) to one folder \/ location. In case you are presenting more than one presentation during the congress, save different presentations to different folders and name them clearly to avoid on-site misunderstandings and problems. Always make a backup copy of your presentation and save it on a different portable disc or medium than the original presentation.
