Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by 31st August 2023. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.

Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation

Every reservation must be paid by credit card. The total amount due for the stay will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office  will issue an invoice for the charged amount.

Cancellation Policy

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office. AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

  • Before 30th July 2023: Any written cancellation will be refunded, only a reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept.
  • Before 15th August 2023: Any cancellation will be charged for 50% of the cancelled value. Reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept while the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • After 15th August 2023: No refund for amendments, reductions, no-shows or cancellations.

 

COVID hotel guarantee by AIM Group

If conference will not take place/be postponed/become fully virtual a TOTAL refund of hotel deposit is granted. If single customer cancels his room as COVID positive/quarantined/denied permission to travel by public authority AIM Group COVID guarantee grants total refund of hotel deposits.

Please Note The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show reservations will be automatically cancelled and the hotel will not refund the payment received.
