font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:26px|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;zoomIn&#8221;][vc_separator color=&#8221;chino&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"#english\">ITALIAN<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION SHEET FOR PARTICIPANTS TO EVENTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AIM Italy S.r.l.<\/strong> (hence, the \u201c<strong>&gt;Controller<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>AIM<\/strong>\u201d), in its quality of Data Processing Controller, as per section 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679\/2016 (hence, the \u201c<strong>Data Protection <\/strong>Regulation\u201d), and subsequent modifications and integrations, collects and subsequently processes personal data<br \/>\n1 of the participants (hence, the \u2019\u201c<strong>Data Subject<\/strong>\u201d) \u2013 including as teachers or learner \u2013 to the congress and\/or other scientific or training event (hence, the \u2019\u201c<strong>Event<\/strong>\u201d), also held remotely. The contact details of the Data Protection Officer (as per section 37 of the Data Protection Regulation) designated by AIM can be found at the following link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimgroupinternational.com\/company-information\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.aimgroupinternational.com\/company-information<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Scopes and ways of processing.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe personal data of Data Subjects are processed in the context of AIM\u2019s commercial activity, for the following scopes:<br \/>\n1. subscription and participation to the Event;<br \/>\n2. fiscal, administrative and accounting duties strictly connected to above participation;<br \/>\n3. execution of specific duties prescribed by law, regulation or EU norms (such as administration of credits for Continuing Medical Education);<br \/>\n4. distribution free of charge of documentation relating to the Event;<br \/>\n5. use of the Data Subject image, sent\/uploaded by the same, due to publish it on the digital platform of the Event (if any)<br \/>\n6. receipt of documentation from AIM in order to be updated on all its projects, initiatives and events, both my means of automated tools (such as newsletters, e-mails, SMS, MMS, robocalls, ecc.) and by means of traditional tools (hardcopy mail and\/or operator calls) in the same area of interest.<\/p>\n<p>The processing of the personal data is executed, under authority of the Controller, by entities specifically Designated, authorized and instructed for the processing as per section <em>2-quaterdecies<\/em> of Italian Law Decree n. 196 dated June 30, 2003, as amended by Italian Law Decree n. 101 dated August 10, 2018 (hence, the \u201c<strong>Privacy Law<\/strong>\u201d) and as per sections 29 of the Data Protection Regulation, by means of manual, automated or telecom tools, with logics strictly connected to the scopes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee confidentiality and security of the personal data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Juridical basis for processing, nature of transfer and consequences of denial, consent by Data Subject.<\/strong><br \/>\nWith reference to the scopes listed at preceding section 1, items 1., 2., 3., 4.,5. and 6, transfer of the personal data is mandatory and represents a necessary condition to the subscription and subsequent participation to the Event and receipt of documentation from AIM about future projects, initiatives and events in the same area of interest; indeed, failure to transfer will determine impossibility of subscribing the Data Subject to the Event and of involving him\/her in any initiative of the Event or other AIM\u2019s future projects, initiatives and events of the same area of interest; thus, the juridical base of the related processing is the full participation to the Event and the next update on AIM\u2019s future projects, initiatives and events of the same area of interest, as per section 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Data Protection Regulation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Entities and categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated and context of communication.<\/strong><br \/>\nWith regards to the scopes of the processing as indicated above, and within the strict boundaries of pertinence to these scopes, the personal data of the Data Subject will be communicated in Italy, in the European Union or beyond the European Union, to the following entities, for the scope of subscription and subsequent participation to the Event:<br \/>\n(i) to fiscal Authorities and other public Authorities, where mandatory by law or upon their request;<br \/>\n(ii) to financial institutions for the execution of payments related to the subscription;<br \/>\n(iii) to the structures and\/or external companies that AIM uses for the scope of executing connected activities, instrumental or consequent to subscription and subsequent participation to the Event (such as press services, data processing and IT consultancies, promotional activities by companies participating to the Event, mailing of the event\u2019s program, credits for Continuing Medical Education, hotel reservations etc.);<br \/>\n(iv) to external consultants (e.g. for management of fiscal duties) if not designated Processors in writing;<br \/>\n(vi) taking into account the fact that AIM is part of an international Group: to controlling, controlled or connected companies, for administrative and accounting scopes.<br \/>\nAbove entities, to whom the personal data of the Data Subject will be or may be communicated (insofar as not being designated Processors), will treat the personal data as Controllers according to the Data Protection Regulation, in full autonomy, being completely separated from the original processing executed by AIM.<br \/>\nWithout the consent to communication of the personal data and to related processing, in those cases where it is foreseen as by Data Protection Regulation, the operations which require the communication might not be executed, with consequences known to the Data Subject.<br \/>\nA detailed and constantly updated list of these entities, including their respective offices, is always available at AIM\u2019s legal offices.<br \/>\nIn the event of publication of images, videos and\/or photographs of the Data Subject, specific information will be issued from time to time and specific release and consent will be requested. As mentioned, however, the image of the Data Subject, sent\/uploaded by the same, may be published on the digital platform of the Event (if any).<br \/>\nWhenever necessary for the execution of the contract, the personal data of the Data Subject may be transferred to countries within the European Union and\/or to countries outside the European Union, in full compliance with the norms of the Data Protection Regulation, the rulings and decisions of the related data protection authority as well as the EU regulations. In particular, where necessary, AIM commits to complying with the norms defined by, respectively, decisions 2001\/497\/CE, 2004\/915\/CE and 2010\/87\/EU (according to the specific case), which oblige to the signing of so-called \u201ctypical contractual clauses\u201d between the juridical entities involved in data processing outside of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Rights of the Data Subject.<\/strong><br \/>\nSections 15 and following of the Data Protection Regulation grant the Data Subject the right to obtain:<br \/>\n&#8211; confirmation or denial of existence of personal data related to the Data Subject, even if not yet registered and their communication in an understandable format;<br \/>\n&#8211; indication of the origin of the personal data, of their scopes and of their ways of processing, of the logic applied in case of processing by means of electronic tools and of the identifying details of the Controller;<br \/>\n&#8211; update, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous data or blocking of data treated in violation of the law<br \/>\n\u2013 including data for which conservation is not necessary for the scopes for which they were collected and subsequently processed. Documentation of these operations, also pertaining to their content, is brought to the attention of the Data Subjects whose data have been communicated or published, except for the case in which this duty is impossible to perform or requires the use of tools which are obviously disproportionate in relationship to the granted right.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Data Subject has the right to:<br \/>\n&#8211; oppose, partially or completely, for legitimate reasons, to processing of his\/her personal data, even if coherent with the scope of collection;<br \/>\n&#8211; propose a complaint to the Data Protection Authority as foreseen by the Data Protection Regulation. Duration of the processing.<\/strong><br \/>\nExcept for legal obligations and for the Data Subject\u2019s updates on all other projects, initiatives and future events promoted by AIM, the personal data of the Data Subjects will be conserved only for the Event\u2019s duration. In any case, the processing will not have a duration exceeding 5 years from the date of the provision of the update service from AIM, as long as the Data Subject has not requested cancellation before. Notwithstanding the above, AIM may conserve some personal data of the Data Subject also after the termination of processing, exclusively for the scope of defending or safeguarding its rights, or in those cased as defined by law or by order of a judicial or government authority.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">1 As per section 4 of the Data Protection Regulation, \u201c<strong>personal data<\/strong>\u201d means any information relating to an identified or identifiable <strong>natural person (&#8216;data subject&#8217;)<\/strong>; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"english\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>INFORMATIVA PARTECIPAZIONE EVENTI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AIM Italy S.r.l.<\/strong> (di seguito, il \u201c<strong>Titolare<\/strong>\u201d o \u201c<strong>AIM<\/strong>\u201d), in qualit\u00e0 di Titolare del trattamento, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell\u2019art. 13 del Regolamento UE 679\/2016 (di seguito, il \u201c<strong>Regolamento privacy<\/strong>\u201d) e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni, raccoglie e successivamente tratta dati personali1 dei partecipanti (di seguito, l\u2019\u201c<strong>Interessato<\/strong>\u201d) \u2013 anche in qualit\u00e0 di docenti (ad esempio, relatori, moderatori, ecc.) o discenti \u2013 al congresso e\/o altro evento di carattere scientifico o formativo (di seguito, l\u2019\u201c<strong>Evento<\/strong>\u201d), anche erogato a distanza.<br \/>\nI dati di contatto del Responsabile della Protezione dei Dati (ai sensi dell\u2019art. 37 del Regolamento privacy) designato da AIM sono reperibili al seguente link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimgroupinternational.com\/company-information\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.aimgroupinternational.com\/company-information<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Finalit\u00e0 e modalit\u00e0 del trattamento.<\/strong><br \/>\nI dati personali dell&#8217;Interessato sono trattati nell&#8217;ambito dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 commerciale di AIM, per il perseguimento delle seguenti finalit\u00e0:<\/p>\n<p>1. iscrizione e relativa partecipazione dell&#8217;Interessato all&#8217;Evento;<br \/>\n2. adempimenti di carattere fiscale, amministrativo e contabile strettamente connessi alla citata partecipazione;<br \/>\n3. adempimento di specifici obblighi previsti dalla legge, da un regolamento o dalla normativa comunitaria (ad esempio, in caso di accreditamento ai fini dell&#8217;Educazione Continua in Medicina);<br \/>\n4. invio gratuito di documentazione afferente l&#8217;Evento;<br \/>\n5. utilizzare l\u2019immagine dell\u2019Interessato, inviata\/caricata in upload dal medesimo, per pubblicarla sulla piattaforma digitale dell\u2019Evento (se esistente);<br \/>\n6. invio della documentazione AIM per aggiornare l\u2019Interessato su tutti gli altri futuri progetti, iniziative, ed eventi promossi dalla medesima nell\u2019ambito della stessa area di interesse, sia tramite strumenti automatizzati (ad esempio, newsletter, e-mail, sms, mms, chiamate senza operatore, ecc.) che attraverso modalit\u00e0 tradizionali di contatto (posta cartacea e\/o chiamate dirette tramite operatore).<\/p>\n<p>Il trattamento dei dati personali avviene, sotto l\u2019autorit\u00e0 del Titolare del trattamento, da parte di soggetti specificamente Designati, autorizzati ed istruiti al trattamento ai sensi dell\u2019art. 2-quaterdecies del D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196, come modificato dal D.Lgs. 10 agosto 2018, n. 101 (di seguito, il \u201cCodice privacy\u201d) e dell\u2019art. 29 del Regolamento privacy, mediante strumenti manuali, informatici o telematici, con logiche strettamente correlate alle finalit\u00e0 e comunque in modo da garantire la riservatezza e la sicurezza dei dati personali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Base giuridica del trattamento, natura del conferimento e conseguenze di un eventuale rifiuto, consenso dell&#8217;Interessato.<\/strong><br \/>\nCon riferimento alle finalit\u00e0 di cui al precedente paragrafo 1, punti 1., 2., 3., 4., 5. e 6., il conferimento dei dati personali \u00e8 obbligatorio e costituisce requisito necessario per l\u2019iscrizione e la relativa partecipazione all\u2019Evento, nonch\u00e9 per la ricezione della documentazione AIM su tutti i futuri progetti, iniziative, ed eventi promossi dalla medesima nell\u2019ambito della stessa area di interesse; infatti, il mancato conferimento determina l\u2019impossibilit\u00e0 di iscrivere l\u2019Interessato all\u2019Evento e coinvolgerlo in ogni iniziativa partecipativa del medesimo, nonch\u00e9 in tutti i futuri progetti, iniziative, ed eventi promossi da AIM nell\u2019ambito della stessa area di interesse; pertanto, la base giuridica del relativo trattamento \u00e8 l\u2019art. 6, comma 1, lett. b) del Regolamento privacy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Soggetti o categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati e ambito di comunicazione<\/strong><br \/>\nIn relazione alle finalit\u00e0 del trattamento sopra indicate, e nei limiti strettamente pertinenti alle medesime, i dati personali dell\u2019Interessato saranno comunicati in Italia, all\u2019interno o all\u2019esterno della UE, ai seguenti soggetti, ai fini dell\u2019iscrizione e successiva partecipazione all\u2019Evento:<br \/>\n(i) all\u2019Amministrazione finanziaria e ad altre pubbliche Autorit\u00e0, ove imposto dalla legge o su loro richiesta;<br \/>\n(ii) agli istituti di credito per le disposizioni di pagamento afferenti la quota di iscrizione all\u2019Evento;<br \/>\n(iii) alle strutture e\/o societ\u00e0 esterne di cui AIM si avvale, preposte allo svolgimento di attivit\u00e0 connesse, strumentali o conseguenti all\u2019iscrizione e successiva partecipazione all\u2019Evento (ad esempio, per i servizi stampa, per l\u2019elaborazione dati e la consulenza informatica, per attivit\u00e0 promozionali da parte di societ\u00e0 partecipanti all\u2019Evento, per la spedizione dei programmi congressuali, per l\u2019accreditamento delle attivit\u00e0 formative, per la sistemazione alberghiera, ecc.);<br \/>\n(iv) ai consulenti esterni (ad esempio, per la gestione degli adempimenti fiscali), se non designati per iscritto Responsabili del trattamento;<br \/>\n(vi) tenuto conto dell\u2019appartenenza di AIM ad un Gruppo internazionale, a societ\u00e0 controllanti, controllate o collegate, per finalit\u00e0 amministrativo-contabili.<br \/>\nI soggetti sopra indicati, ai quali i dati personali dell\u2019Interessato saranno o potranno essere comunicati (in quanto non designati per iscritto responsabili del trattamento), tratteranno i dati personali in qualit\u00e0 di Titolari del trattamento ai sensi del Regolamento privacy, in piena autonomia, essendo estranei all\u2019originario trattamento eseguito da AIM.<br \/>\nSenza il consenso alla comunicazione dei dati personali e dei correlati trattamenti, nei casi in cui esso \u00e8 richiesto ai sensi del Regolamento privacy, non potrebbero essere eseguite quelle operazioni che richiedono tali comunicazioni, con le conseguenze che sono note all\u2019Interessato.<br \/>\nUn elenco dettagliato e costantemente aggiornato di questi soggetti, con la indicazione delle rispettive sedi, \u00e8 sempre disponibile presso la sede legale di AIM.<br \/>\nIn caso di pubblicazione di immagini, video e\/o fotografie dell\u2019Interessato, di volta in volta verr\u00e0 rilasciata apposita informativa e richiesti specifici liberatoria e consenso.<br \/>\nCome detto, tuttavia, l\u2019immagine dell\u2019Interessato, inviata\/caricata in upload dal medesimo, potr\u00e0 essere pubblicata sulla piattaforma digitale dell\u2019Evento (se esistente).<br \/>\nQualora ci\u00f2 fosse necessario per lo svolgimento del contratto, i dati personali dell\u2019Interessato potranno essere trasferiti verso paesi appartenenti alla UE e\/o verso paesi non appartenenti alla UE, nel pieno rispetto di quanto previsto dal Regolamento privacy, dai provvedimenti e dalle decisioni del garante privacy in materia, nonch\u00e9 dalla normativa comunitaria.<br \/>\nIn particolare, ove necessario, AIM si impegna a rispettare le disposizioni previste, rispettivamente, dalle decisioni 2001\/497\/CE, 2004\/915\/CE e 2010\/87\/EU (a seconda del caso di specie), le quali impongono la sottoscrizione di c.d. \u201cclausole contrattuali tipo\u201d tra i soggetti giuridici coinvolti nel trattamento di dati extra UE. .<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Diritti dell&#8217;Interessato<\/strong><br \/>\nGli artt. 15 e segg. del Regolamento privacy conferiscono all\u2019Interessato il diritto di ottenere:<br \/>\n\u2022 la conferma dell&#8217;esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile;<br \/>\n\u2022 l&#8217;indicazione dell\u2019origine dei dati personali, delle finalit\u00e0 e modalit\u00e0 del trattamento, della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l\u2019ausilio di strumenti elettronici, degli estremi identificativi del titolare;<br \/>\n\u2022 l&#8217;aggiornamento, rettifica, integrazione, cancellazione, trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge \u2013 compresi quelli di cui non \u00e8 necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono raccolti o successivamente trattati \u2013 l\u2019attestazione che tali operazioni sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si riveli impossibile o comporti un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Interessato ha inoltre il diritto:<br \/>\n\u2022 di opporsi, in tutto o in parte, per motivi legittimi, al trattamento dei dati personali che la riguardano, ancorch\u00e9 pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta;<br \/>\n\u2022 di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali nei casi previsti dal Regolamento privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Per conoscere l\u2019elenco dettagliato e costantemente aggiornato dei soggetti cui i dati personali dell\u2019Interessato possono essere comunicati e per esercitare i diritti di cui agli artt. 15 e segg. del Regolamento privacy, nelle modalit\u00e0 previste dall\u2019art. 12 del Regolamento privacy e nei limiti stabiliti dall\u2019art. 2-undecies del Codice privacy, il medesimo pu\u00f2 rivolgersi ai seguenti recapiti del Titolare del trattamento:<br \/>\nAIM Italy S.r.l.<br \/>\nVia Giuseppe Ripamonti n. 129 &#8211; 20141 Milano<br \/>\nTelefono +39 02 56601.1 &#8211; Email: info.aimcongress@aimgroup.eu<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Durata del Trattamento<\/strong><br \/>\nFatti salvi gli obblighi di legge ed eccezion fatta per la ricezione, da parte di AIM, di aggiornamenti su tutti gli altri progetti, iniziative, ed eventi futuri promossi dalla medesima, i dati personali degli Interessati saranno conservati per la sola durata dell\u2019Evento. In ogni caso, il trattamento avr\u00e0 una durata non superiore a 5 anni dalla data di fornitura dei predetti aggiornamenti, se gli Utenti non ne avranno richiesto antecedentemente la cancellazione.
