E-Congress platform<\/span>

The platform will open on Monday, June 29 at 11:00 CEST<\/strong>.
\nAll participants should have received by email the username and password to access the platform, otherwise are kindly requested to contact the Organizing Secretariat: ssc2020.reg@aimgroup.eu<\/a><\/span> and request them.<\/p>\n

E-Congress format<\/span><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

CONGRESS SESSIONS<\/span>
\n<\/strong>The presentations of the congress sessions will not run during the live congress days, they will be recorded and will be available in a dedicated section on the platform (RECORDED PRESENTATIONS) for participants\u2019 viewing starting from June 29, until December 20, 2020<\/strong>.
\nDuring the viewing, participants may submit written questions which will be evaluated by the speaker and moderators and possibly discussed during the live Discussion Sessions. Questions will be possible until July 7 included<\/strong>.
\nQuestions for presentations of speakers who will not attend the live Discussion Sessions will not be possible.
\nSessions 1, 2 and 3 will only be recorded and not discussed, therefore questions will not be possible.<\/p>\n

PRE-CONGRESS WORKSHOPS<\/span>
\n<\/strong>After the adaption of the scientific programme into the virtual format, unfortunately Pre-Congress workshops have been cancelled.<\/p>\n

MEET THE PROFESSORS<\/strong><\/span>
\nMeet the Professors will be organized on July 11 from 14:30 to 15:30 CEST, only for participants previously registered. Attendees will receive the access link by email few days earlier.<\/p>\n

SATELLITE SYMPOSIA<\/span>
\n<\/strong>Most of Satellite Symposia will run live during the congress days as indicated in the programme, otherwise will be pre-recorded.<\/p>\n

LIVE E-CONGRESS DAYS \u2013 July 12,13 and 14<\/span>
\n<\/strong>During the three live E-Congress days, presentations will only be discussed in the Live Discussion Sessions with the available speakers, according to the live E-Congress programme.
\nLive chat questions are possible during the Live Discussion Sessions.<\/p>\n

Please indicate the name of the speaker before the question (@+name of the speaker+question)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Discussion sessions will be repeated twice along the three days, possibly with same questions.
\nLive E-Congress programme will run on Central European Summer Time (CEST).
\nThe live congress days will be recorded and available in the \u201cON DEMAND\u201d section until December 20, 2020.<\/p>\n

POSTER PRESENTATIONS<\/span>
\n<\/strong>Posters will be charged into the platform and will be at disposal for all participants. The majority will have the pdf file of the poster and a 3-minutes recording speech.<\/p>\n
