\nRegistration fees include: access to the E-Congress platform, on demand congress sessions until December 20, 2020, certificate of attendance for those who will connect at least 60% of each congress day programme.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong>
\nThe cancellation of new registrations only<\/u> should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before Sunday, June 14, 2020<\/strong>. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.<\/p>\n

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
\n<\/u><\/strong>In the unlikely case that the 6th<\/sup> Systemic Sclerosis World Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers\u2019 control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.<\/p>\n

GROUP REGISTRATION
\n<\/strong>The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor\/travel agency registers at least 9 individuals.
\nThe final list of participants must be inserted in internet by Sunday, June 21, 2020. <\/strong>After June 21 registrations will have to be sent to: ssc2020.reg@aimgroup.eu<\/a>
\nAll registrations pre-paid at the chosen fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.<\/em><\/p>\n
