Registration fees include:<\/strong> Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition and poster area, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the program, abstract book and online subscription for two year to “Journal of Scleroderma and Related Disorders”.<\/p>\n

Registration will close<\/span> on<\/span> Sunday February 11, 2018<\/strong><\/span>. After this date only onsite registration will be possible.<\/span><\/h3>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong>
\n The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before January 19, 2018<\/strong>. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.<\/p>\n

\n

GROUP REGISTRATION<\/strong>
\n The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor\/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals.
\n The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by Thursday, November 30, 2017<\/strong>.
\n The final list of participants must be inserted in internet by January 26, 2018<\/strong>.
\n For all the names of participants not included in the final list within January 26, 2018, the difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid in order to process the Group registrations.
\n All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.<\/p>\n

\n

Important:<\/strong> group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

NAME CHANGE<\/strong>
\n After January 26, 2018<\/strong> sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of \u00e2\u201a\u00ac 25,00<\/strong> (FRENCH VAT 20% included) per name change.<\/p>\n

COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ CONGRESS MATERIAL<\/strong>
\n For the collection of congress material for groups an appointment is required. Please send an email to ssc2018.reg@aimgroup.eu<\/a>, no later than January 26, 2018. After January 26, 2018, requests of appointment will be no longer accepted.<\/p>\n
