Fees and online registration

Online registrations are closed.
Only onsite registration is possible at “New Registration Desk”.

Registration fees (VAT 23% included)

* For young doctors under 30 years of age, copy of the ID or passport is requested.
** These individuals must include a letter from their program director, chief of service or faculty advisor to be eligible for reduced fees.

Registration fees include:
Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition and poster area, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the program and abstracts book.

Online registration fee will close on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 15.00 Italian time. After this date only onsite registrations will be accepted.

Payments:
The payment of the registration fee can be done as follows:.

•  Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express)

Cancellation policy
The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before January 22, 2016. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

GROUP REGISTRATION
The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals.
The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by December 6, 2015, even without the list of participants.
The final list of participants must be inserted in internet within January 29, 2016.
For all the names of participants not included in the final list within January 29, 2016, the difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid in order to process the Group registrations.
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.
Please note: group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.

Name changes
After February 7, 2016 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 25,00 (PORTUGUESE VAT 23% included) per name change.

Collection of groups’ congress material
For the collection of congress material for groups an appointment is required. Please send an email to ssc2016.reg@aimgroup.eu , no later than January 24 , 2016. After January 24, 2016, requests of appointment will be no longer accepted.
