How to make a hotel reservation
We have blocked rooms in a wide range of hotels located near the congress centre. To see a complete list of hotels available CLICK HERE.

Rooms are available for the nights of February 5, 6 and 7. Should you need additional nights please write to ssc2014.hotel@aimgroup.eu
Please make sure to have your reservation confirmed within January 22, 2014. After this date room reservation will not be guaranteed.
A voucher will be sent out as confirmation of your reservation.
Guarantee/ payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
The Agency’s fee of € 20,00 (VAT 21% included) will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM Group International – AIM Congress – Milan Office will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation in case of penalty. No further cost will be charged on it.
The payment of the total number of nights booked will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International – AIM Congress – Milan Office.
AIM Group – AIM Congress – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:
– Before December 20, 2013: only reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept
– Between December 21, 2013 and January 22, 2014: reservation fee and one night accommodation will be charged
– From January 22, 2014: 100% of the foreseen total amount will be charged, including reservation fee (€ 20,00)
– No show (cancellation within 48 hours from check-in date): 100% of the foreseen total amount will be charged
Please Note
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Rome City tax – IMPORTANT
Participants will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:
- Euro 3,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4 and 5-star hotels.
- Euro 2,00 per person per night for guests staying at all other types of accommodation.
The tax will be charged up to a maximum of 10 nights per stay.
