Registration fee includes:
Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition and poster area, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the programme, abstracts book in the USB pendrive and online subscription for one year to “Clinical and Experimental Rheumatology – Clinical and Experimental Scleroderma”.
Registration fee for patients includes:
Congress kit, access to the Opening Ceremony of the medical congress, scientific sessions of the patient congress only, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the patient program..
Online registration fee will close on January 31, 2014. After this date only onsite registrations will be accepted.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International – AIM Congress – Rome Office in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before December 28, 2013. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
GROUP REGISTRATION
The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals and when the official Group registration form is used.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by November 17, 2013, even without the list of participants.
The final list of participants must be inserted in internet within January 24, 2014.
The difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid for all the names not included in the final list within January 24, 2014.
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.
Name Changes: After January 24, 2014 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 25,00 (ITALIAN VAT 22% included) per name change.
Name Changes (for individual registrations and small groups up to 10 people only
Please note that until January 24, 2014 it will be possible to change the guest list without any kind of charge; after that date, each name change will cost Euro 25,00. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Please Note: After January 24, 2014 new registrations or name changes can be done on-site in Rome.
Daily registrations will not be provided.

Collection of groups’ congress material
The collection of congress material for groups can be done on the 5th of February only. An appointment is required. Please send an email with your preference (4th and 5th of February ) to ssc2014.reg@aimgroup.eu , no later than January 10 , 2014. After January 10 , 2014, requests of appointment will be no longer accepted.
Please Note: group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual mailing addresses must be included in order to register a group.
