CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Instructions for Submitting Abstracts
Professors Laura Calabresi and Kerry-Anne Rye welcome the submission of abstracts for posters and oral presentations.
Final selection of abstracts will be done by Scientific Committee by 7 May 2012.

Before preparing and typing your abstract, please read carefully the following instructions:
THE DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS 30 APRIL 2012 midnight Central European Time. Abstracts will not be accepted after this date.

Abstracts received after 30 April 2012 or incorrectly drawn up will not be accepted.

Abstract can only be submitted on line through this website.
Abstracts received by fax will not be considered: should you have any problems with the online submission, please, contact the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International symposiumhdl2012@aimgroup.eu

Abstracts must be typed in English.
The text should be arranged according to the following headings: background, methods, results and conclusions.
The Scientific Committee will accept abstracts for the Scientific Programme on scientific merit. Abstracts will not be included in the final programme unless registration documents and payment fees in full are set up.
The complete abstract must not exceed 3.200 characters including spaces (approx. 350 words); all abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in the text, before being used as an abbreviation only.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author, if accepted.
Please follow carefully the instructions reported in the online pages and fill in all the requested fields, in order to guarantee a correct and complete publication of the text.
Changes to abstracts can only be accepted until the deadline and can be added in the text using the User ID and Password received upon submission.
Should the author wish to withdraw the abstract after the deadline, he/she will have to inform the Organizing Secretariat by email.

Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by 7 May 2012.
Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the e-mail address stated under section “Personal details”.
The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
