Palazzo Visconti, in the heart of Milan, owes its birth to Carlos Bolanos, a leader among the Spanish Counts Bolanos, who commissioned this family building in the XVII century.
After the Bolanos, the Palace passed through different hands until it was bought by the Viscontis from Grazzano between the end of the XVIII and the beginning of the XIX century.
Palazzo Visconti is one of the most elegant examples of the Lombard Baroque. It is built on three stories and has a rectilinear facade with a central corps held in place by pilaster strips, and an ample portal framed by granite columns.
