Registration fee (VAT 21% included)
For students the registration is waived if submitted within April 15. After this date the “onsite” fee will be applied. A copy of the student card or a certificate by the chairperson of the Department is requested.
For SIE member under 35 years old the registration is waived if submitted within April 15. After this date the “onsite” fee will be applied. A copy of the ID is requested.
Registration fee includes:
Access to the scientific sessions, cd of abstract, congress kit, certificate of attendance, coffee break and working lunch.

Confirmation of the registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to AIM Group International. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 25, 2012, up to which date the total amount of the registration fee will be refunded less a 30% administrative charge. All refunds will be made within 60 days after the congress.
For cancellations made after April 15, 2012, no refund can be made.
